The control system ‘Sapientino’ represents the new Faggiolati device for the management and monitoring of pumping stations. Due to its touch-screen display and its user-friendly interface, the controller allows, in addition to easy programming and consultation, greater compatibility with existing remote control systems. ‘Sapientino’ is able to monitor the entire system to which it is connected, acquiring and storing the basic operation parameters. The data, once collected, can be viewed at any time, either locally or remotely. Any irregularities or alarm situations are not only recorded and reported locally, but also communicated to the plant operators by messages sent using the integrated GSM modem or through other devices installed on request. The system ‘Sapiento’ therefore allows to significantly reduce the costs of maintenance and use, making the system more efficient and flexible.
